Andie has worked as a coach and trainer with companies in the UK, Europe and the US in a wide range of sectors; including retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering and IT.
She works with directors, senior managers, senior professionals and their teams to build individual and team development programmes.
In her earlier career, Andie managed several high street stores and was a Regional Training Manager for one of the UK’s largest retailers. So Andie knows what it is like working at the sharp end and understands what it means to lead a team in a fast-moving, competitive and challenging business environment.
Andie is an accredited Executive Coach, certified to use Myers Briggs, 16PF and SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory) psychometric profiles, a DiSC Certified Trainer, Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors Questionnaire® and holds the British Psychological Society Levels A and B.
She is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
Before starting the company with Andie, Steve spent eighteen years with IBM as an hardware engineer, software support specialist and internal quality management consultant.
Although a technical specialist, it was clear to Steve that good communication, inter-personal and leadership skills are critical and necessary requirements for senior technical professionals as well as managers. So after training, leading and supporting technical teams it was a natural transition to personal development with a particular focus on bringing those skills to a technical audience.
Steve has worked as a trainer and writer for some of the largest companies in the pharmaceutical, telecommunication, engineering, automotive and oil sectors.
Steve’s main focus is designing and developing personal development programmes for our clients.
