Andie has worked for over 30 years as a coach and trainer with companies in the UK, Europe and the US in a wide range of sectors; including retail, fashion, pharmaceutical, biotech, automotive, engineering, IT and communications.
She works with directors, senior managers, senior professionals and their teams to improve their personal performance and leadership skills as well as helping them to build great teams.
In her earlier career, Andie managed several high street stores and was a Regional Training Manager for one of the UK’s largest retailers. So Andie knows what it is like working at the sharp end and understands what it means to lead a team in a fast-moving, competitive and challenging business environment.
Andie is an accredited Executive Coach, certified to use Myers Briggs, and SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory) psychometric profiles, a DiSC Certified Trainer, Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors Questionnaire® and holds the British Psychological Society Levels A and B.
Before starting the company with Andie, Steve spent eighteen years with IBM as an hardware engineer, software support specialist and quality management consultant.
Although a technical specialist, it was clear to Steve that good communication, inter-personal and leadership skills are critical requirements for senior technical professionals as well as managers and leaders. So after training, leading and supporting technical teams, it was a natural transition to personal development with a particular focus on bringing those skills to a technical audience.
Steve has worked as a trainer and writer for some of the largest companies in the pharmaceutical, telecommunication, engineering, automotive, IT and oil sectors.
His main focus is on training design and delivery that enables both new and experienced leaders to develop the skills they need to meet the challenges both of a volatile, fast-changing business environment and to lead teams who want and need more from their leaders.
